Designed for speed mountaineering, the Women's SPEED MTN GTX offers perfect footing on alpine terrain thanks to a ballistic bumper, providing additional protection to the feet, diminishing the effect of impacts on the most ruggest surfaces. Reinforcing this, a heel preloader provides extra comfort and precision to the heel. The foot also sits on an Ortholite footbed for breathable performance that adapts to the shape of the foot.  The outer material features a tough tech leather construction, offering abrasion resistance against jagged rock with a stretch mesh allowing you to cover the tongue, stowing the laces to prevent catching and snagging.  With advanced GORE-TEX® technology, the Women's Speed MTN GTX is fully impermeable to water, sealing the elements away whilst at the same time allowing excess water vapour and moisture to escape, keeping the feet comfortable throughout performance.
